Refund policy

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

You may return or exchange an item within 15 days upon receipt of the purchase. We require all returned merchandise to be repacked in its original shipping box with its original packing materials. We also require you to include all components. Please note that products must be unworn and in the state you received them.

When you purchase items in a BOGO offer, you may return both items for a full refund. If returning one item and it was the item you received the discount on, you will receive the price paid. If you are returning the full price price item and keeping the discounted item, then the refund will be calculated. The refund amount will be the total paid of both items, divided by 2. You will still a discount on the item kept, but you will not receive the full amount paid on the one item returned.

For your protection, please send your return via USPS, UPS and FedEx with tracking number or Insured Parcel Post. We will pay for return shipping if your return is the result of an incorrect shipment by us. We require you to pay for return shipping for any other reason. Note that we pay only for ground service on returned shipments unless authorized by us. Please contact us at and notify us that you would like to return your order. Please be sure to indicate the Order Number and the reason for return as well as whether you want a refund or a replacement. You need return the order to the address given by us in the email or phone call. All returned merchandise must be in mint condition, in the original shipping packing with all included items in the originally shipment.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Damaged Shipment
All items passed inspections before and after leaving our warehouse. We do not ship defective or damaged merchandise. If you are not satisfied with the quality for any reason, you must notify us within 7 business days upon receipt of package. We will do an exchange and no fee occurred.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
